We were in a tight spot and needed a place. We made up our mind in the parking lot afterwards. Bob, the director of admissions, was amazing. He was upfront and honest about everything. He did what he could to make it work AND make ya comfortable.
However, I did not care for the facility because the rooms seemed like a hospital room. I noticed the smell of urine on the first floor, the residents don’t stay there, and I don’t like that. I talked to the staff members and they were all wonderful people.

Has requested to speak to social worker to begin self discharge with no results. Staff is rude with exception of one nurse on weekend. Will be reporting to State to have closed.
They had no idea that I had an appointment. It looked old and run down, like it needed a lot of paint and repairs before it would look nice -- maybe. They seemed like they were all caught off guard and weren't prepared for our visit. 3 stars compared to the PA average of 3.49 and a National average of 3.12. 3 stars compared to the PA average of 3.71 and a National average of 3.33.

All the doors were marked up where wheelchairs have rammed into them, I guess. It just seemed really old, and the entryway where you walk in was a little small. I wasn't impressed at all with that place.
My family member has gotten so sick and it seems like there is always something happening. The staff is always changing that worries me. They do not call you back when you leave messages. Friend in here has not seen a doctor since being admitted six days ago and not being given meds for diabetes and AFib. Has sat in feces on multiple occasions for hours.
